Since Raymond is very busy with his singing career, movies and dramas, time must be spent wisely.
The theme of Top Ten Chinese Gold Songs Award is "Love˙Music" this year; the awards ceremony will be organized by RTHK as well as Po Leung Kuk to remind the audience to love and care the needy via music. Tickets might be obtained by donating to Po Leung Kuk's event to develop Community Cafeteria Service for the elderly and poor with 3 meals daily.
At the press conference, singers were asked to choose a song to best represent charity and love for others.

There will be 11 different types of awards presented this year; the results will be determined and voted by the audience, surveys and professional judges. The public in general can start voting from December 12 to 18 via
www.rthk.org.hk/special/goldsong2009/. The short version of the nominated list of songs can also be played at this web site. Videos and interviews of singers will also be updated from time to time.
In addition to RTHK and Po Leung Kuk, other coorganizers of the awards ceremony include CASH organization , IFPI (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Video Organization, Hong Kong Album Organization 香港唱片商會, fm993.com.cn, Beijing's Music Channel, SMG, radiotj.com. The results will be audited and monitored by a volunteering accounting firm.
